These terms govern your use of the Bubbles app and the divewithbubbles.com service, operated by GradSprint. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
Bubbles is a personal scuba diving logbook: it stores the dives you record or import, syncs them between your devices, and lets you share dives with buddies you choose.
Bubbles is a logbook, not a dive planner, decompression calculator or safety device. Never rely on it for dive planning, gas management or decompression decisions — use proper training, tables and your dive computer. Diving is inherently risky; you dive at your own responsibility.
Your logbook belongs to you. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service: storing your data, syncing it to your devices, and showing shared dives to buddies you approve. You can export or delete everything at any time from Settings.
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, no disrupting or overloading the API, no illegal content.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. We work to keep it available and your data safe (including off-site backups), but we may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your logbook.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
