We aim to reply within a few days. Never include your password in an email — we will never ask for it.
Export and deletion are self-serve in the app (Settings → Export my data / Delete account). If you can no longer access the app, the account & data deletion page explains how to make the request by email instead. Privacy questions: see the privacy policy or write to the address above.
Found a vulnerability? Please report it privately to the same address with "SECURITY" in the subject before disclosing it anywhere else — we take these reports seriously and will respond quickly.
